By booking an assessment, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Services Offered
South Wales Autism Assessments offers:
– Autism Assessment (Child or Adult) for £2250
– Combined Autism and ADHD Assessment (Child or Adult) for £2850
– ADHD Assessment (Child or Adult) for £1600
Each assessment is comprehensive and conducted by qualified professionals, with a written report provided following the assessment.
- Booking and Payment Terms
All assessments must be booked through the official Wade Therapy Services Ltd website or by contacting our administration team. South Wales Autism Assessments offers payment options, including the option to spread the cost of services through Klarna. When choosing Klarna as a payment option, you agree to their terms and conditions, which can be found on Klarna’s website.
Klarna Payments
– Klarna offers customers the ability to pay in instalments. By selecting Klarna at checkout, you enter into a financial agreement with Klarna Bank AB. Wade Therapy Services Ltd is not responsible for the management or enforcement of Klarna’s payment plans.
– Klarna may perform a soft credit check when opting for their payment services. You must ensure that you meet Klarna’s eligibility criteria before selecting this payment option.
– Failure to meet Klarna’s payment terms may result in penalties or additional charges imposed by Klarna.
- Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your assessment:
– Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled assessment will be refunded in full.
– Cancellations made within 14 days of the assessment will be subject to a £250 cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.
– No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the assessment.
Rescheduling of assessments is subject to availability. Please contact our team as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.
- Confidentiality
South Wales Autism Assessments is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. All data collected during the assessment process will be handled in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
