Assessments for every stage of life
Whether you’re seeking answers for your child, supporting a teenager through school, or looking for clarity as a neurodivergent adult, our assessments recognise that neurodiversity looks different in every person. We take the time to understand the whole person, not just tick boxes on a form.
We offer three clear pathways

Autism assessment
A full multidisciplinary assessment following NICE guidelines, using gold-standard diagnostic tools for Autism.

ADHD assessment
A full multidisciplinary assessment following NICE guidelines, using gold-standard diagnostic tools for ADHD.

Combined Autism and ADHD assessment
A single coordinated process covering both, using the relevant diagnostic tools for each.
What makes us different
A diagnostic report shouldn’t be the end of the conversation. We work to high clinical standards, explain everything clearly, and stay involved after the assessment is over.
Led by experienced clinicians
Our team is headed by Chris Wade, a Consultant Speech and Language Therapist with over 17 years working in NHS and private multidisciplinary diagnostic teams. He’s joined by our clinical lead Dr Tiago Pinto, a Clinical Psychologist with over two decades of experience.
Faster than the NHS pathway
While NHS waiting lists can stretch to several years, most of our clients are seen within weeks, with a clear timeline from enquiry to final report.
A multidisciplinary process
Every assessment includes ADOS-2, ADI-R, school or partner questionnaires, and a multidisciplinary meeting. You see a team, not a single clinician.
Support beyond the report
For us, a diagnosis is just the start. We talk you through your draft report in a dedicated feedback appointment. From there, we stay on hand to liaise with schools, NHS colleagues and local authorities so the recommendations are put into practice at school, work or home.
A clear path from first enquiry to final report
We’ve designed our process to feel calm and predictable. Here’s what an Autism assessment looks like, step by step:
1 – Free 15-minute consultation:
a no-pressure conversation with our team to talk through your situation and answer your questions.
2 – Information gathering:
we gather all the information we need to assess, using a mix of interviews and questionnaires. With your permission this may include family members or school staff, to help us get a fuller picture.
3 – Clear feedback:
our clinicians formulate a report and meet with you to present and explain it, answering answer any questions you may have.
4 – Ongoing support:
we remain on hand to speak with schools, NHS colleagues and local authorities about your needs.
Our ADHD and combined pathways follow a similar structure.
Clinical standards you can rely on
Our Autism assessments follow NICE guideline CG128 and use the gold-standard tools recognised by diagnostic services across the UK.
Since February 2024, we’ve been commissioned to deliver Autism diagnostic assessments in partnership with Powys NHS Integrated Autism Services, a reflection of the standards our team works to every day.

Easy to access, wherever you are
We have clinics in South Wales and West Yorkshire, and we also travel to partner clinics and homes across Wales and England. If you’re not local to one of our clinics, get in touch and we’ll discuss options.
