Where to find us in central Bristol

By train: Bristol Temple Meads is the main railway station, around a 25 minute walk from the clinic or a five minute taxi. Bus 8 runs from Temple Meads to College Green (a short walk from the clinic) every few minutes.
By bus: Park Street is served by numerous First Bus routes, including the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8 and 9. Most stop nearby on College Green, the Triangle or Park Street itself.
By car: Central Bristol is accessed via the M32 from the M4 or M5. Park Street sits within Bristol’s Clean Air Zone (CAZ), so drivers should check whether their vehicle is compliant before travelling.
Parking: The nearest city centre car parks include Trenchard Street multi-storey. Bristol also operates Park & Ride services from Portway, Long Ashton, Brislington and Lyde Green into the city centre.

Chris founded the service and brings over 17 years of experience in NHS and private multidisciplinary diagnostic teams. He assesses children, teenagers and adults, and has a particular focus on connecting with those often described as hard to assess.

Chris set up My Autism Assessment to bring the most effective diagnostic practices he had seen in the NHS into one private service, with proper post-diagnostic support built in. Autism has been his central focus since qualifying, and he is trained in the ADOS, ADI-R and ACIA. He assesses across all ages and leads on all post-diagnostic school meetings.
